Overview
Modern quail farming techniques integrate the achievements of contemporary science and technology. Based on quail biology and behavioral traits, our company integrates production characteristics and species diversity with feed, superior breeds, machinery, environmental control, disease prevention, and management. Centered on high efficiency, high yield, and high profitability, we have designed a comprehensive solution for quail farming. This solution employs a mechanized, automated, and intelligent equipment system to achieve scientific husbandry.
The company's primary R&D focus is on developing and applying advanced technologies and equipment for three-dimensional poultry farming. Our current products—including the frame-type three-dimensional quail breeding and rearing cages, along with配套 egg-turning machines, lifting egg-collecting machines, egg-collection lines, fully automated manure-cleaning systems, and feeding systems—all represent industry-leading standards. Holding over ten utility model patents, our products dominate half of the domestic market and are exported to Southeast Asia. The company operates over 20 sets of large-scale cage mesh production equipment and sheet metal processing machinery.
Tiered Cage Rack System
Basic Components of Cage Rack System: Frame, Cage Mesh, Feed Troughs, etc.

Basic Description
1. This design employs a six-tier stacked cage structure, offering exceptional operational convenience. The stacked cage system achieves high stocking density, maximizes space utilization within the facility, minimizes construction costs, and represents the most ideal structural configuration for quail during the egg-laying phase.
2. Individual cage dimensions are 1200*630*2505 mm. Frames are stamped from 275g galvanized aluminum-magnesium sheet. Cage netting uses galvanized mesh panels. Each tier features three cross-wired supports for the bottom mesh. Sheet metal brackets beneath partition netting between groups prevent sagging when lifting the bottom mesh.
3. Features an upward-swinging cage door for easy operation and to prevent quail escape.
4. Feed troughs incorporate a step-over design, facilitating quail inspection and other maintenance tasks.
I. Feeding System
The feeding system primarily consists of three components: the feed silo, the horizontal conveyor, and the in-house feeding system.

Basic Description
The feeding process in the quail house is fully automated. The feed cart transports feed to the feed silos outside each house. Through a horizontal feed conveyor, the feed is automatically delivered to the hoppers of the feeders for each row of cage racks. The feeders then operate automatically, evenly distributing the feed into the V-shaped feed troughs. Feeding occurs 4-6 times daily (depending on the process), with the entire process running automatically.
Electronic weighing sensors are installed at the base of each feed silo, allowing daily feed quantities to be conveniently read on the controller.
II. Nipple Drinking System
System Components: Filter, Medication Dispenser, Pressure Regulator, Drinking Nipples, Water Pipes, and Terminals.

Basic Description
1. Water supply lines are positioned centrally within each cage, providing four nipples per bird. This ensures ample water supply and allows quails to drink with ease. Drip cups beneath each nipple prevent water splashing and wetting droppings.
2. Each watering system is equipped with a filter and medicator at the front end, maintaining water quality and facilitating medication administration.
III. Belt Manure Removal System
Basic Components of the Manure Removal System: Manure scraper main unit, rear-end adjustment device, manure removal belt, horizontal manure removal, and inclined manure removal.

Basic Description
Quail manure is conveyed from the rear end of the manure removal machine to the main unit. Through horizontal and inclined manure removal devices, the manure is transported onto the manure removal vehicle. The entire process is controlled by the operator using a remote control to operate the control box.

Design Principles
1. The longitudinal manure removal mechanism employs a galvanized aluminum-magnesium alloy plate frame, ensuring structural stability and high installation precision.
2. Constructed entirely from 275g galvanized aluminum-magnesium alloy plates, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and extended service life. The manure belt utilizes 1.2mm thick PP material for durability and high cleanliness.
3. The main drive roller surface utilizes premium nitrile rubber, ensuring reliable power transmission with exceptional wear resistance and high hardness.
4. The driven roller employs a spiral drum structure to separate internal debris from the manure belt, prolonging its service life.
5. All bearings are genuine Haworth brand components, ensuring reliability and quality assurance.
6. The integrated sheet metal assembly ensures high positioning accuracy, minimizing belt deviation. The synchronized scraping mechanism maintains a clean surface on the manure belt.
IV. Egg Collection System
The basic components of the egg collection system include: the main egg collector unit, conveyor belts, conveyor belt clips, egg collection lines, egg collection system, and power distribution system.

Basic Description
The egg collection system transports eggs from various locations within the barn to the front collection area. From there, the central egg conveyor line delivers eggs to the egg storage facility for centralized processing. Each section of the egg collector is equipped with cleaning brushes and soft egg separation devices to perform preliminary cleaning and sorting of eggs. The central egg collection line adopts a chain-driven design with customizable length to accommodate diverse transportation requirements, including inclines, declines, and turns.

Design Principles
1. Constructed entirely from 275g galvanized aluminum-magnesium alloy panels for superior corrosion resistance and extended service life.
2. Single-layer egg collection control ensures intuitive and straightforward system operation.
3. The drive system incorporates high-performance worm gear reducers, guaranteeing smooth operation and ample power.
4. The egg belt transmission structure features a tight fit for reliable conveying. The belt uses highly elastic PP yarn material, delivering ideal collection performance for quail eggs.
5. The egg collection line features a fully integrated frame structure with customizable length, accommodating vertical lifting and telescoping. The terminal section can be configured with automatic egg-catching baskets.
6. The egg collection line can be adjusted to follow the layout of the poultry house, operating freely regardless of spatial constraints.
VI. Wet Curtain Ventilation System
System Components: Wet curtains, fans, ventilation windows, environmental controllers, water pipes, water pumps, etc.

Basic Description
The ventilation system operates on negative pressure ventilation principles. Cooling pads are installed at the front end of the quail house, while exhaust fans are positioned at the rear end. This ensures cool indoor air even during hot summers. The ventilation controller is a microcomputer that allows setting the optimal temperature for quail growth and egg production. It automatically adjusts the temperature based on the indoor temperature within the quail house.
